A little bit of a drive, but well worth the trip. Fantastic food, atmosphere, and service. Spend the day at the Spruce Forrest Artisan Village and seeing the Casselman River Bridge, which was built in 1813.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Really great food and drinks. Fun place with live music and a friendly atmosphere. Can be a little pricey, but it is worth it in my opinion.

Great park with lake. Row boat and kayak rentals, food station for snacks and drinks. Hiking trails. Great area for stand up paddle boarding, as the water is very calm.

Fantastic sand beach with swimming, kayak rental, canoe rental, paddle board rental. Lots of shady spots under trees on the lawn, picnic tables.

This is an artisan village made up of old historic buildings with amazing craftsman. Metal work, wood carving, painting . . . amazing stuff in a really cool setting. Eat at Cornucopia Cafe which there and see the Casselman River Bridge built in 1813.

The Casselman River Bridge is pretty magical! If you park on the State Park side of the bridge and walk across the bridge, it takes you to the entrance of the Spruce Forest Artisan Village, which is AWESOME! (You can also park on the Spruce Village side) We went to see the bridge and found the Artisan Village by accident. So fun! Go for the day and eat at the Cornucopia Cafe. You won't be disappointed with this fun day trip.
