Great for water sports in summer. Only 10 mins drive from Wairere.
Skiing
Approximately 40 mins from Wairere. My Buller is the closest ski field to Melbourne and offers full ski resort facilities including ski hire, cafes, restaurants, chairlifts and lessons. There are also a number of apres ski activities available to keep the non-skiers busy during the day including kids jump zone, dog sledding, cinema, scenic chair lift and more.
