White Sands is one of the world’s great wonders. Covering over 275 square miles of desert, the huge white dunes provide an amazing and beautiful place to visit. It is a great place to enjoy the natural phenomenon while having fun sledding down the dunes, hiking or taking a picnic. It is located 45 minutes away down Highway US-70.
