There's an escalator that spans from the 7th to the 11th floor on the exterior of the building. It is exhilarating, don't do it if you're afraid of heights. Then go up 1 floor to the roof garden to get a good view of Orchard Road!

Check out sushi tei japanese restaurant, if you go early enough (12 noon) or late afternoon, ask for a window seat for a full view of Orchard Road while you dine!
