If you are a coffee lover then you need to come here and see what Origin is all about.
If you with a friend or two, I advise you to try the following:
Ask for the same origin coffee, to be made in: Aero Press, V60 and ChemX.
You will not be disappointing, see how a simple change in the temperature, pressure and even quantity of water will drastically change the flavor of the coffee!

If you are into plants, trees and birds this is a great stop. Or if you just like natures beauty, the gardens can be a stop off on a wine trip or the main focus of the day. Wither way its most certainly worth a visit.

You want to do the cable car on the first available day that is not windy. The wind can pick up at anytime and the cable car will not run so get there while you can.
If you up for a bit of a challenge, I advise walking up Platteklip Gorge, lunch/coffee at the restaurant at the top and cable car down.
Word of warning: Don't walk alone, be aware of your surroundings and be careful walking on top of the mountain when the clouds are low hanging, it can be very disorienting even for someone like myself who has done it a few times.

This is a great hike with a lot of scenic views of Cape Town as a whole. Bring water and some snacks as it takes about a 2 hours to hike to the top, depending on your route and fitness levels.

Think local fresh market meets local gathering spot. This market is a foodies delight and on a sunny day with coffee in hand, one can sometimes see the dolphins swim past, just dont forget to wave!

If you are keen to do some mountain biking or trail running you need to come see these guys. With the trails not even a km away, they are uniquely situated to ensure you have a great time with local advice and trails. Bike rentals, lunch, coffee and advice all in one spot!
