They have the best Oysters in town. If you're looking for seafood, this is the place to go. Their clam chowder is out of this world and their craft cocktail menu is one of the best around.

This is by far, my favorite place for food and drinks in Olympia. And no problem if you're Gluten free...the tortillas and the chips are made from corn and are ground so fine, it tastes like wheat flour..... The owner puts so much love into the food and into the atmosphere. When you walk into Koko's it feels like you're somewhere in Latin America on vacation. They have the best margaritas in town, I recommend the one with cucumber, cilantro and jalapeno. I'm on a mission to try everything on their menu because I've fallen in love with their food. Right now my favorite dishes are the Chicken Flautas and the ceviche. Enjoy! Oh I believe they are 21 and up only...

Lake cushman is one of the best swimming and recreation areas nearby. Plenty of beach access and restrooms and picnic tables available. The lake is deep and clear, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by hiking trails and local climbing routes.

Open year-round on Saturdays and Thur-Sun in April-October. Local produce and handcrafted pottery, jewelry, soaps and more. Great place to grab lunch or breakfast while you do some shopping and sightseeing

Great forested park overlooking the bay. It has a nice view of the town and surrounding neighborhoods. Catch sights of seals and great blue herons and even the occasional bald eagle

Great for families! Fun and educational activities for kids - must have a child with you to enter! I know, they really didn't think through the potential meaning of the name, "Hand On Children..." Geez lol.
