this is very rocky so don't plan on going in without water appropriate shoes, but it is a lovely large swimming and boating area for something different than Smallwood lake, and very clean.
Take Pine Grove Road until Chapin Trail (you reach a point where there is a gated road in front of you, or a gravel road on the right and you take the gravel road), and Chapin Trail winds around but after a little less than a couple miles it takes you to parking and the reservoir dam
