Hands-down THE best burgers in Jacksonville! A wonderful variety of at least 20 different types of burgers. Gluten-free buns are also an option. Their milkshakes, cheese fries and sweet potato fries are amazing. Locally owned and operated. Small indoor dining area and limited outdoor dining, so small groups only. To go orders are also available.

Food is high quality, prepared fresh, and presentation is lovely. The rooftop lounge is open only for dinner and is first come first served. Host Hint: the blue crab beignets are mouthwatering!

1700 3rd Street SouthThis place has great BBQ at reasonable prices! Their beef ribs are well worth the price (but can go fast), and their brisket and sausage is fantastic! Sides are somewhat limited, but if you want good barbecue, this is where it's at. Casual dining, indoor only.

One of maybe two BEST authentic Mexican places in Jacksonville. Their salsa and queso is the bomb. I was thrilled to find some New Mexican-inspired dishes with the inclusion of green chile on the menu, and their various sauces are fantastic! They don't have 50 different dishes on the menu like most Mexican places. They mainly offer fajitas, burritos, and a smattering of other dishes, but what they do offer, they do it very well. Their steak fajitas were the first time I've ever had steak in a Mexican restaurant that was as tender and mouthwatering as the steak at my favorite steakhouse! The decor is fun and whimsical. Casual dining, indoor only. Recommend for couple dates or for families alike.
