The most beautiful 'Village in The Rainforest', a must for all visitors to Cairns. Quaint yet commercial, keep yourself busy doing anything from shopping at the markets, visiting any of the three animal parks or even just doing some or all of the free rainforest walks. Beautiful!

Cairns City's FREE swimming lagoon, open to the public early until late every day of the year. Take your swimmers and a towel and enjoy the day. Lots of eateries and shops also nearby to keep everyone happy.
