The Golf Club is great not only for golf but also for the food they serve in the club house, namely the Sunday Lunch. Their opening hours change quite often, and they often to evening meals, please give them a ring to find out when they're serving. It is in walking distance from the cottage.

Great beach - less risk of rip currents so great for learning and kids, they also allow dogs all year round. Be sure to get there before 10am (if not 9.30 if its a scorcher) in the summer holidays
