Ilfracombe seafront with its black sands. A dramatic and craggy beach.
Enough sand for a sand castle and a lovely place to chill and watch the boats bobbing about. When the tide is fully out you can walk over to the neighbouring Larkstone beach.

If it looks busy by the main car park you can continue to Marine Drive and get to the beach through the sand dunes. Please only swim between the lifeguard flags.
