Fantastic small beach for kids & adults, water is shallow for quite a way out. Two nice beech bars can get very crowded in holidays & hard to park but worth the effort great in the evening when less crowded. Toilets.

Another coastal gem in the Moraira area. This is yet another beautiful beach, lovely scenery surrounding the crystal clear sea. Cap Blanc is stunningly beautiful, views were extraordinary and the water clean and clear for snorkelling. Well worth a trip.

Another coastal gem in the Moraira area. This is yet another beautiful beach, lovely scenery surrounding the crystal clear sea. Cap Blanc is stunningly beautiful, views were extraordinary and the water clean and clear for snorkelling. Well worth a trip.

Head out of Moraira towards Calpe on the Calpe road. Wiggly windy for several miles and there is a sign on your left ' La Fustera'
Turn left and there is parking and beach at the end.
Walking and Views
Lovely walk to the tower. Uneven ground. Fabulous views from the top. Park at El Portet. Before the beach front turn left up the street at the top bear right and then go left up the short steep road. At the top on the left is a gateway onto the campo and a zig zag walk up to the tower and views. Moderate walk 30 minutes slow walk.
SL-CV 51, Torre Vigia Cap d'Or
Lovely walk to the tower. Uneven ground. Fabulous views from the top. Park at El Portet. Before the beach front turn left up the street at the top bear right and then go left up the short steep road. At the top on the left is a gateway onto the campo and a zig zag walk up to the tower and views. Moderate walk 30 minutes slow walk.
Mongo National Park. Great walking and views.
The climb to the top is a solid climb, not to be underestimated.
Park for free at the shooting range, just off the road from Javea Old Town to Denia, then walk the hundred metres back to the car park entrance (NOT all the way to the road) where there is a map. Take that path to the right through bushes towards the mountain. The path goes through bush which shelters it and can lead to muddy patches after rain. Where this path joins a private road, turn right (again towards the mountain) and walk for a kilometre or so to an open area and look for the path on the right. This is the start of the climb proper and quickly progresses to a rocky set of switchbacks/zig zags, always climbing. The surface is rough with loose rocks and requires solid shoes. If you try to do it without stops, the climb is quite hard and tests your fitness but stop to take in the glorious views, and it becomes a little more relaxed. Towards the top, the path leaves the face overlooking Denia and the car park and goes round the corner to overlook Ondara. It is here that the path as such ceases and it becomes a rock scramble and the route travels along a steep drop. It's all quite manageable but it requires care and could challenge those who do not like heights. I wasn't concerned. The top gives a panorama that is breathtaking but which might disappear at any moment due to cloud. Don't underestimate the importance of the mountain and its weather - take water, some food and emergency clothing and tell someone when you expect to be back. Cell phone coverage was good when I climbed. Even so I was very tired when I returned to my car. It took me a total of three hours fifteen minutes car to car.
