This is our “go to place”! Its within walking distance. We often bike there. Great for families, couples and people traveling solo. Great service and food. We go to the one in Brookland on Monroe Street. It’s a 20 minute walk, bike or take an Uber. You can order and pick up a carry out.

Excellent food, nice downstairs bar, convenient via Uber or Metro. Relaxed atmosphere upstairs. Socializing downstairs. There is also a CLYDE’S in Chinatown downtown. This one can get a little crowed.

Petworth tends to rise and set with the sun. The weather vibe sets the tone for the day. Petworth is nearing the end of the gentrification process. Out with the old, in with the new. Its not all bad. Petworth is walker, runner and cycle friendly. You will see a lot of dog walkers early mornings and evenings. Watch out for those that don't "scoop when they poop"! 👎🏽 If you have a car, off street parking is a must.
