This building was once one of the Sears and Roebuck catalog distribution centers and has been restored to support community with a YMCA, Health Center, Brewery, Charter School, and many bars and restaurants. You must see to believe it.

This is my favorite bourbon bar - good location for when you are headed downtown for a pre-dinner drink or after-dinner drink.
