This is a place not many people know about. It’s a walk and cycle way along Botany foreshore. There is a lookout that’s make out of an old Bow of a boat. Great spot to watch planes land and take off from Kingsford Smith Airport.

Manhattan Suberbowl is above the Newmarket hotel. Very popular so try and book in busy times especially. 6min walk. Dinner is also served here from the Newmarket Hotel which is in the same building downstairs.

Bus
343 bus from Gardeners road 2 min walk ever 15m takes you to the centre of Sydney city. There are many bus routes within a few min walk that will take you anywhere in Sydney. Google maps is a great resource. Also I can help :)

Rosebery has excellent public transport. 343 Bus from Gardeners road 2 min walk to the top of the street comes every 15m. This will take you to Sydney city centre in 22m. There are many bus stops close that can take you anywhere in Sydney. Mascot train station is approx 1.3k and - nice easy walk.

We have some fun and safe playgrounds very close by. These are our favourites. L’ Estrange Park- GATED) King street. Lionel Bowen Park, Coward st. Standfield park (GATED) Church avenue also has a cafe. Sydney Park, Euston Road - *Huge*park. Sir Joseph Banks Tupia St- *Huge* park. Mascot Memorial park Coward st. Jack Mundey, Longwirth avenue. Groceries
Aldi at “the cannery” is 950m. There is also an older centre called “east lakes shopping centre” that have a Woolworths, Aldi, butcher and a few other small stores but it is about to be renovated it’s really run down 1.1k. Woolworths mascot opposite mascot train station 1.4K. There is Mascot shops on botany road around the corner which is a town strip of many shops that include newsagent, beauty salon, banks, IGA, butcher etc. Eastgarden shopping centre also has all food / grocery and a shopping mall with cinema. 3.5k
