Amazing Amazing green chili; the OP Burrito ca not be beat if you like both green chili and pork gravy.
Do not go here on a full stomach, the portion sizes are rather large and hearty meals. The early bird gets the worm here with 50% off their Burritos

Definitely a don't miss in the area
Fun spot with numerous eateries, set into an old Elementary School. Home of the notorious Bristol Brewing Co, who have a rather vast in-house craft brew selection and the Whiskey Bat downstairs is always a surefire way to end the night.

This place is rather eclectic and mildly easy to miss. The craft drink menu is always a winner and the food is sure to win your tummy over.
Strongly encourage reservations unless you are okay with a drink and a wait.

Small craft-brewery with a decent selection. Food menu is also small but always delicious. If you are already planning a trip up the incline or Pike's Peak I would strongly recomend making this the lunch of choice.

This place is generally always crowded on a nice day. The "skirt" is made of cheese so definitely not for the lactose intolerant but a solid burger at a reasonable price for those who are amiable to a tight space with limited seating. Absolutely worth it though
