Once the architect Geoffrey Bawa's studio. Today the Gallery Cafe is home to a small gallery, an excellent souvenier kiosk and some of the best fusion food in Colombo. The cocktails are solid.
Favourites include: Black Pork Curry, the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and Double Chocolate Cheesecake (though this is controversial, most swear by the Chocolate Nemesis).

Favourites include: Black Pork Curry, the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and Double Chocolate Cheesecake (though this is controversial, most swear by the Chocolate Nemesis).
Hidden away from the rest of the Hilton, this poolside restaurant was once divine with white wicker chairs and such like. Its now an quiet and relaxed oasis from the madness of Colombo's CBD.
