Recommended. Prices are above average. But it's worth it. Awarded with a Michelin star. And obviously not in vain!
A very unusual place with an interesting tasting menu. The largest selection of wines I've ever seen in my life. Recording required. We recommend visiting here at least once. We liked. Three Michelin stars for a reason. Study the menu in advance. There are indoor halls for celebrations, and there is an open terrace, where it is easier to get in in the evening.

Bicycle route from our city to Girona. Laid on the site of a pre-existing railway from SF Guixols to Girona. Very picturesque. There are intermediate stations along the way, there is water, there are toilets where you can have a bite to eat. The whole route is 40 km one way. Our family traveled there and back on the same day. We recommend!

It is highly advisable to study the schedule of the SARFA bus company on their website. The bus arrives at the main bus station of our city. From there, 10 minutes walk to our apartment.

... racing across the sea on ... homemade floating craft. interesting, fun. We always watch m and participated 1 time, in 2018. Won a prize. From our apartment to the start of the race 70 meters.

Carnaval 2022 Colorful and musical Carnival in Sant Feliu
At the end of February - beginning of March, a very beautiful and colorful carnival takes place every year in many central streets of the city. It lasts approximately 7-9 days. in 2021 it is February 15-26. Recommended to visit. From the windows of our apartments (and from the balconies) you can see almost all the processions and carnival teams passing through the whole city.

Sea urchin season in restaurants
December-February. During the season of catching sea urchins, a number of restaurants in the city host a gastronomic festival, many original dishes with hedgehogs. We highly recommend. Detailed information in the restaurants of the city and in the Tourist Office (in the building of the Monastery). Very tasty and nutritious. Recommended!

Most restaurants in the city will offer original cod and dried fish dishes. In 2020, this is from 26.02 to 09.04. We highly recommend. The dishes are very tasty. Inexpensive.

Ganxotapes gastronomic festival
The traditional festival called Ganxotapes is already very famous. A new vision of tapas and other traditional Spanish dishes and snacks from the best restaurants in the city.

In June, a colorful festival of giant figures takes place in the city. 10-12 different teams from all over Spain bring their figures and they drive beautifully through the whole city

Colorful and unusual drone show in January every year
A drone show of 50 to 100 flying robots will be synchronized with music played by local radio station Ràdio Sant Feliu.
Sant Feliu de Guixols was the first city in the Girona region to host such a show, and one of the first in all of Catalonia. The show is organized by Flock Drone Art, a pioneering company in Catalonia in the design and production of shows using these flying robots. It's always amazing!!!
