Boulder is a wonderful little town to explore and find cool small shops and delicious foods. There are tons of places to go hiking and sight seeing in Boulder as well. Sugar-loaf Mountain is one of my personal favorites. It is a fairly short, moderate incline hike with an unbeatable view!!

Eldarodo Canyon is absolutely gorgeous. It has many different trails for hiking, or you can sit down by the river and put your feet in. Lots of people rock-climb here, so if you are into that this would be an ideal location or you can just watch people scale the rocks and get hundreds of feet off the ground! There is also camping or daytime picnicking & grilling. It is such an amazing place that it gets very full on weekends and holidays, so make sure to get there early or preferably go on a weekday!

9 Kneale RdEldarodo Canyon is absolutely gorgeous. It has many different trails for hiking, or you can sit down by the river and put your feet in. Lots of people rock-climb here, so if you are into that this would be an ideal location or you can just watch people scale the rocks and get hundreds of feet off the ground! Mesa Verde is a ways away but is worth the trip! It has some of the original cliff dwellings from ancient societies. It is fascinating and fun to take the tour!
