Meet Charlie and Lacey Lybecker (the wine maker/owners) and their very friendly staff; buy a tasting or a glass and sit out on their cozy patio or in the tasting room. Even better, buy a bottle and enjoy one of the tables in the vineyard overlooking Lake Chelan.

Marcela's is one of our favorite places to eat in the Lake Chelan Valley. The services is great, the food wonderful, and the bar drinks are definitely made well. Downtown Chelan.

Blueberry Hills (or The Barn, as locals call it) is definitely worth visiting, even if there are lines outside the door. It is owned and operated by a local family, and yes, all that stuff in the building was once owned by Grandpa Peters. The food is great! The views of the rolling hills of Manson, and the breathtaking Mountains beyond welcome you as you enjoy your meal or walk the berry farm. During harvest, you can pick your own berries for purchase, or buy them frozen in the off season. Try the pie! Buy one and take it back to where you are staying, or buy one or two of their blueberry streusel muffins.

Stehekin is truly a magical places. Don't expect a ton to do or cell service. This is a place to experience, the history, the incredible scenery, the biking, the hiking, and of course, THE BAKERY!! If you only have a day to experience it. Take the "fast" Lady of the Lake boat up, and the "slow" Lady of the Lake boat back ($61 per person). It will give you 3 hours. In Stehekin, you can rent a sidebyside (if they are available), bikes (for $5 hr), you can walk, or you can take the National Forest Service bus ($12 per person), or if you want to just see the bakery (totally worth it!), there is a free bakery shuttle, which gladly accepts tips. If you want to stay in Stehekin, make you reservations early; cabins, homes, and rooms go very fast.

Coffee
Kave is new to the Lake Chelan Valley (found as you are leaving Chelan toward Manson, across from Don Morse Park on your right), but it is a very welcomed addition to the coffee experience in the valley. The coffee is wonderful! Try the Red Velvet Mocha.
