my favorite hole in the wall. They have a huge variety of tea. I was on a search for this certain detox tea and I couldn't find it anywhere. I asked them about it and not only did they find what I was talking about they also ordered it and had it for me on my next visit. The food is fresh and good. This place is very quiet and calm. one of my faves.

Theres a library across the street. Civic auditorium is also across the street along with the fox theater.
