Farmer John is literally our mascot small town farmer. He was our town mayor a couple of years ago. His farm does very unique and magical pumpkins during pumpkin season. His farm produce can be found at our local sustainable food store, New Leaf community market in HMB year round.

People come from all over and locally to go to Arata’s giant hay maze during October. They sell pumpkins, and have a variety of activities including a haunted house and a petting zoo. Fun place to go for everyone. Even adults and teens love the hay maze. It’s fun to do the hay maze at night time with flashlights!
