Cosy little place, fairly priced, nice treatment and good wine. The owner Sabine, is always up for a chat if she is around, and both nice and knowledgeble. They have a few outside places for serving too.

A great place to go if you can't agree on what type of food you want. This place has most of it :-) The atmosphere is nice and the pricing is fair.

Nice turkish groser that makes good falafels and spreads. Their halloumi (to fry at home) is also the best in Aarhus :-)

The best sushi in Aarhus. Both for take away and a sit down dinner. The take away is presented really nicely. It is a bit pricy though.

One of the best coffee makers in Aarhus. But be aware - they are nerdy, so you need to accept that they don't compromise quality of coffee for good service :-)

Super nice park close to the house. It has the tropical house inside the park which is free and worth a visit with the kids.

Both when sunny and rainy, this place is worth a visit. The outside playgrounds are really good, and inside, there are a bunch of different areas for both kids and adults. The café is not really good (for anything else than snacks and drinks), but luckily there are places to eat right outside the door :-)

This is the closest shopping center you have. They have more or less everything, but is not super inspiring. But you can shop for grosseries there in a few different shops, plus they have H&M, a book shop etc. Your regular shopping mall :-)

Great for a trip down memory lane (they also have a neighbourghood from the 70'ties). It is a cosy little place for a walk with kids, and you can walk there from the house through the Botanical garden.
