Island Market is a full supermarket in Eastsound where you can get whatever you need. It is located on Prune Alley. Their prices are a bit higher than in Seattle so we often bring a few groceries from home.

(In the summer) Saturday Farmers Market happens every Saturday from 10:00 am until 3:00. It is on North Beach Road on the village green and has great fresh produce, eggs, some meats, etc. They also have food vendors (wood fired pizza, tacos, oysters, ice cream, etc) and craft stalls.

Orcas Island Film Festival
203 N Beach Rd(In the summer) Saturday Farmers Market happens every Saturday from 10:00 am until 3:00. It is on North Beach Road on the village green and has great fresh produce, eggs, some meats, etc. They also have food vendors (wood fired pizza, tacos, oysters, ice cream, etc) and craft stalls.
Roses Bakery is also further north on Prune Alley and has amazing bread, cheeses, olives and cured meats as well as other gourmet foods. They also have an extensive wine selection.
They also have a wonderful cafe, call for hours
