I have listed a few of my favourite places to eat and drink at, either accessed by foot or car.
Great pub with atmosphere. Food is very good and they always have a veggie option. Great outdoor space overlooking Pegwell Bay. BBQ's are held every Sunday throughout the summer as too live music. Great place to socialise, eat,drink well and take in the sea air and the sea view. Only 5 min drive or a 15min walk away. Pays to ring and book for Sunday lunch or evening meal. Bar food available. New live music itinerary starting every Sunday from 7 April 4pm onwards.

Food and ambience is intimate and unlike any other Indian restaurant. Palate cleansers are offered ready to enjoy the next food experience. So very well presented and staff polite.

What a beautiful Italian restaurant. Delicious food with such attention to detail. Ambience is intimate - great for a celebratory meal for two or a group.

A Shepherd Neame Bar and Restaurant. Food is good and decent, standard pub grub. However, the views overlooking Minnis Bay (sandy beach) are wonderful. Al Fresco dining is a must on a warm day and the sunsets are just breathtaking.
After a stroll, long walk, or hiring a 2 - 4 seater bike (next door to The Minnis)take in a long cold drink and watch the sunset. Nothing better!
