We found Dolly's by accident, prowling the 2-lane roads around Bristol and Blountville, and what a happy accident it was! This is a real, no-kidding independent diner. Without disrespecting a major chain that features "down home" cooking, I'll say there are no farm implements hanging from the ceiling, no crackling fireplace, and no bits of Americana on the walls, but Dolly's is the heart and soul of the diner experience - prices are ~ 1980 prices...
