If you're into running and jogging, this a good safe space to run in a green setting - and the only park in the city with a running track. There's also a weekly Park Run every Saturday, if you fancy group training.

My favorite beach. If you surf or like to see the surfers in action, this is a decent spot - good for sundowners on the beach as you don't have to climb up all those stairs in the dark. Also nicely sheltered from the wind and ideal for a quiet beach day.

My favorite beach. If you surf or like to see the surfers in action, this is a decent spot - good for sundowners on the beach as you don't have to climb up all those stairs in the dark. Also nicely sheltered from the wind and ideal for a quiet beach day.
Clifton 1st offers best shelter from the wind, is the furtherest from the family beach (Clifton 4th) and is one of the few beaches that allows dogs.

This is a perfect place to spend the day walking around looking at all different plants, flowers and vegetation. There is also a great place for tea and scones as well as a great restaurant to have lunch. You can also dare to do a hike up to the top of Table mountain called Skeleton gorge. In summer time they also have live bands in the park.

You can see the cableway from the kitchen window - if you haven't been up the mountain, do yourself a favour! There's a new coffee shop at the top with wifi, so you can work from the top too.
