This precious place has been a favorite for years. Their cute ice cream shop is open late, but don't only plan on that. Get there early enough to check out the market and really soak in the orchards. This is the true feel of Greenville.

Parks & Nature
This is a really great park, located in the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area. The visitor's center has so many books, maps, and other little gizmos. There are some really nice trails here-- in fact, the Foothills Trail crosses right through.
In the same vicinity is Pretty Place, a gorgeous chapel to see the sunrise. I would recommend to anyone of any age, shape or size. There are strenuous trails, but also some more leisurely and then some lovely pull-off spots to soak in the view. This is by far a Greenvillian favorite.

Caesars Head Mountain

So fun! Rent some bikes and get on the trail... it's truly a fun time. If you get up to the adorable town of Traveler's Rest, there is so much in the way of cafes, art galleries, a brewery, some really great pizza, and other fun shops! Don't miss this.
