If you can get a table on the riverside balcony it is worth it. This pub boasts the "smallest bar room in the world". It is historic, small and quaint but I avoid it on weekends as it is impossible to get a table outside - unless you are willing to start early! Saying that, if it is raining, the front room is very cosy.

24-28 Broadway MarketIf you can get a table on the riverside balcony it is worth it. This pub boasts the "smallest bar room in the world". It is historic, small and quaint but I avoid it on weekends as it is impossible to get a table outside - unless you are willing to start early! Saying that, if it is raining, the front room is very cosy.
If you have walked to this pub from "home" you deserve a gold star. You have walked along the wonderful Chiswick Mall (real estate envy) and this particular pub has a great terrace. I will add that I tend to not eat at pubs as I can cook better at home so I can't speak for the food here.

25 Upper MallIf you have walked to this pub from "home" you deserve a gold star. You have walked along the wonderful Chiswick Mall (real estate envy) and this particular pub has a great terrace. I will add that I tend to not eat at pubs as I can cook better at home so I can't speak for the food here.

If you enjoy shopping malls. This is good for rainy days and has a cinema and decent options from the food hall.

Nestled by Fulham Palace (yes, there is a palace), the park is a good size with lots of nooks. Its riverside row of London Plane trees is perfect. There is a dedicated a great space for families with children that you can avoid if you wish, but it is lovely to see. It is a good place for a picnic.
