The entire Jessup Farm area is great. Bindle Coffee is in a great building and they serve coffee, homemade goodies, and some pretty awesome breakfast burritos--just saying. Also, check out their video on Youtube of the "World's Smallest Barista."

It's a giant reservoir with a town at the bottom. Check it our: Stout, Colorado.
Also, go hike Horsetooth Rock. It has a great view.
