he Helderberg Nature Reserve is situated in Somerset West on the slopes of the beautiful Helderberg Mountain overlooking False Bay.

This is a beautiful long white beach great for walks or running on with firmer sand at the waters edge. With soft sand for digging making it children friendly water (you can walk far out and it remains quite shallow), There is parking along the beach front which gets quite full.
