Arts & Culture
Nice building. While the outdoor architecture has caused many debates, the atmosphere inside is much peacefull and warm. Most of the building is open to the public, and it is easy to go and see Parliament sessions. If you are visiting Scotland, it is a great way to come and understand devolution.
