Not the cheapest place to go for a loaf of bread...but boy they do know how to bake em well. Superb selection of different types of freshly baked breads and pastries (croissants etc.) and cakes. Also a nice place for lunch, with lots of veggan/veggie options.

Flint Owl Bakery
209 High StNot the cheapest place to go for a loaf of bread...but boy they do know how to bake em well. Superb selection of different types of freshly baked breads and pastries (croissants etc.) and cakes. Also a nice place for lunch, with lots of veggan/veggie options.

Affectionately called “the Elly” by its patrons, I really like this pub for its huge shared timber tables, largest range of bottled & canned craft beers in Lewes, huge enthusiasm for all things rugby (several large screens for the big games) and good value for money meals with lots of special offers.

(fromvictoria.co.uk) – One of our favourite little shops for browsing around in Lewes (in the Needlemakers centre), full of quality handmade pieces and goods, succulent plants, vintage pieces and artists & makers work that reflect a clean and contemporary style. I love the succulent plants there and the candles, body creams and oils that all smell amazing.

I love the succulent plants there and the candles, body creams and oils that all smell amazing.
