We have had a couple of great meals here. It is owned and run by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The Dining Room has traditional fine dining paired with culinary invention, expertly prepared by chef James Freeman. Enjoy distinguished flavours with personable service in our relaxed, refined Georgian dining room.

The Regent is a great little local bar that has a very relaxed atmosphere. People always take their dogs to this pub. The food is basic but nice and the staff are lovely. It is a gay friendly bar.

Motel One at the Start of Princes Street (above the Apple Store) has a great bar with amazing views over Princes Street and towards the castle. Most people don't realise it is there and so it is usually nice and quiet. The entrance is up the lane to the side of the building and the bar is on level 3.
