SP has the biggest Japanese colocy out of Japan so if you fancy Japanese food and street markets, that's the place to go. One of my favorites in town.

One of the best Hospitals in SP. Hopefully you don't need it but in case you do that's a good option.

If you are a gourmand!, that's probably the best place to visit in SP, Alex Atala is a well know chef that is pushing the boundaries of gastronomy.
