Interesting experience of being blind for an hour or so. You enter an appartment completely dark. Can't see anything, the guide tells you about the things around you, you'll also have to guess. It gets funny when you enter the room with famous statues. You have to touch them thoroughly and guess which one it is. Fun and educating activity. Except for Czech it is possible in English, Russian, French, Spanish and Hungarian, for extra fee of 50 Kc.

Ok, this is a special one. It is quiet far from home, but it's worth visiting if you are staying in Prague for a while. There are many markets spread around Prague but this one is the most serious one. It is open throughout the whole year and it is one of the biggest. You can buy fresh fruits and veggies, cheese, flowers, bread etc. It's a market after all. Outside of the pavillon with food there is a Vietnamese market. I do not personally buy anything there but it is worth mentioning and checking out. It is cheap but I am not sure about the quality. The whole area is big and if you go around you can find the Mint market where they sell handmade, crafted...ehmm..things like clothes, jewelery
