Authentic/historical. Nice BBQ on an old ranch-type property very close to me. It started almost a century ago as the place for hunters to have their kill dressed to take home. Picnic tables outside, take-out BBQ. Lots of tasty bbq for the money. I buy the smoked brisket dinner and it is almost 3 meals for me - and I am a senior citizen with a fair appetite.
