This little spot on Oak Bay avenue is wonderful for coffee and a sweet treat. On one side it is a deli with a large variety of some seriously tasty cheese. On the other side a cafe serving up sweet treats, coffee, gelato and more.

This little spot on Oak Bay avenue is wonderful for coffee and a sweet treat. On one side it is a deli with a large variety of some seriously tasty cheese. On the other side a cafe serving up sweet treats, coffee, gelato and more.
An amazing small scale winery. Besides the delish wines, they also have a little deli that offers up a fabulous selection of cheese, charcuterie, salmon pate, tapenade, fresh baguettes, and more (plus a picnic basket!). You can grab a bottle, or two, of your favorite wines that you have tasted and cozy up on a blanket or bistro table to enjoy your picnic. This is my favorite winery on the island... the wines are so, so good!

This is a must stop even if you are not gluten free.The quality and variety is unlike anywhere else I have ever seen for GF goods. Sourdough bread, carrot cake and vegan chocolate cake get my vote!

Parks & Nature
We love this park! There is an amazing petting zoo that is open throughout the spring and summer months, as well as several large ponds where you can watch the ducks while sipping on coffee. There is a great park for children as well as a beautiful rose garden.

This white sandy beach is a 15/20 minute walk away. Our favorite place to get a dose of the sea. There are flush toilets, as well as a park on site.
