The Old Train Station, a lovely port of call for dinner or a drink on the way to Jaffa or after passing through Neve Tzedek.
I recommend the Spanish themed bar, Vicky Christina!

Rothschild is one of the main boulevards of Tel Aviv with most of the cool bars at the bottom end, towards Herzl Street.
Rothschild 12 has live music almost every night.

If its bars you're looking for then you can't go wrong on Dizengoff, one of the main streets for bars that stay open until the last person leaves :)
Dizengoff St. also has plenty of restaurants too.

Food Scene
Tel Aviv Port is a lovely place for a walk in the evening and having dinner at one of the great restaurants overlooking the sea. Further up there are also some great chill-out beach bars.

The square on Basel is a lovely place to go in the evening for dinner.
Sushi,Italian and Israeli restaurants are on the square.
I recommend Rustico for a great Italian meal.

There are also a few bars in this newly renovated Port, with Container bar offering live music on a Thursday and Saturday night.

De La Mer is a great beach bar/restaurant that is perfect in the summer for getting a plate of watermelon or having dinner as the sun sets.
They also do Shisha Pipes if you're into some smoking :)

A 15min walk or a short bus ride from my place brings you to the Carmel Market, food and clothes.
On Tuesdays and Fridays there is also the craft market with lovely handicraft, perfect for the home.
