Walk down to the bottom of Burrard St. bridge via the sea wall and take an aqua bus to the island you can put together a picnic in the market and eat in the park, or try one of the many restaurants.

This one is a bit further out but worth it try the cliff walk or the tree top walk, pretty cool!
Public transit does got to this location.

This is a day trip buses do go this far but I would recommend a car rental.
Rent a kayak or check out the amazing view at the top of the Quarry Rock

Always packed this is a local favourite for Japanese. PS make sure you take some mints with you this is known as Guu garlic.

One of the nicest patios on a warm day if you can get a spot on the upper level around sunset it's worth the wait.
They serve 20oz beer standard if you want something smaller ask for a 'sleeve'.

Thirsty for pint? this bar has a great selection and wonderful service, but get there early as it gets busy. Brunch is great, try a sampler paddle with the salmon eggs benedict.
