Food Scene
This is a great spot for food - the pizzas are fantastic, and the service is friendly. For warm days they even have an outdoor deck next to the creek.

This is a popular spot at Cape Kiwanda - the food is great, and they have a wide selection of brews on tap. Not to mention they are right by the beach for great views of the Cape (and outdoor seating). Expect a wait (and parking can be tough), this area is hopping.

Parks & Nature
Proposal rock is a beautiful spot that is a must - see when you come to Neskowin. Especially at sunset, or during low tide when you can walk around the ghost forest on the south side of the rock - a grouping of petrified tree stumps that were uncovered during a storm in the 90s. Sometimes you can even see a starfish or two clinging to one of the stumps!

Cape Kiwanda is a popular spot just north of Neskowin in Pacific City. You can hike up the sand dune on the north side for some stunning views of the Pacific (its a work out, make sure you are prepared for it!)
