You can walk it or bikeit. Bike rentals are available on South Main Street at a self serve rack as well as other places. The trail takes you to the small town of Travelers Rest, which has a nice brewery and good restaurants.

Shopping
An upscale consignment shop for women (sorry gentlemen) you will find clothing, bags, shoes, sunglasses from Chanel to Prada, to Louis Vuitton which look brand new. There are also lots of less expensive well known brands. One never knows what you will find. I highly recommend it.

This museum has many interesting exhibits about the Upstate and how it evolved. This museum is also located near the Children's Museum and the Greenville County Museum of Art.

A bar and restaurant located just across from the entrance to Falls Parks, Jianni's is located on the second level where the glass windows open onto Main and Falls Park and the wrought iron porch remonds you of New Orleans. Good meatballs also.

It is an easy drive from Greenville, about one hour depending on how you drive, and the scenery is beautiful. The town is a mixture of artists, hippies and musicians. The square in the center is a great place to have lunch and watch people. I love Greenville but every now and then I want to go north so I go to Asheville.

It is an easy drive from Greenville, about one hour depending on how you drive, and the scenery is beautiful. The town is a mixture of artists, hippies and musicians. The square in the center is a great place to have lunch and watch people. I love Greenville but every now and then I want to go north so I go to Asheville.
