This is an old school "East Coast" Italian restaurant. For starters, we love the "Spring Mix' salad although the Ceasar is amazing and made to order at your table. Anything from the Mesquite Broiler is great and recommend the Prawn, Scallop or Beef Brochettes. We also LOVE the pastas and you can't go wrong with their traditional bolognese sauce.

This restaurant feels like an a ski-lodge on the inside. Don't be fooled by the location (right off Highway 1), as it offers some of the best food in Marin. Try the onion loaf or calamari for an appetizer. For dinner, we recommend the Petrale Sole or Salmon if you are feeling like seafood and for meat lovers the brisket and baby back ribs are outstanding. Lastly, don't leave the table without trying the Key Lime Pie!

This is a hidden gem - for coffee, breakfast and lunch - located behind the Walgreen's Pharmacy on Shoreline Highway. There are too many good choices to name but you can't go wrong with the Shoreline egg sandwich or for a healthier approach try the Tenessee Valley Toast featuring two eggs over easy with Kale and avocado. For lunch, we highly recommend the meatloaf or burger. Four Barrel coffee served all day.

2000 Paradise DrThis is simply put one of the most romantic spots in all of Marin with panoramic views of Angel Island and Golden Gate Bridge from the edge of Tiburon peninsula. The food is outstanding but the views and ambiance make it a must stop for couples visiting Marin County.

If you're a old Deadhead or Jamband fan, Terrapin Crossroads is a must stop while you are in Marin, either for one of their "free" bar shows or one of the featured "paid" shows in the venue's Grate Room. In addition to music and drinks, Terrapin offers one of the best organic restaurants in Marin County. And if you're lucky enough, you'll get to see owner and Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh stop by for an impromptu show.
