Our favourite fish and chips on the coast. Tucked away in Gulf Harbour on the road to the ferry, this fish and chip shop is well worth a visit. It is full of locals who go there for something different. Within the fish and chip shop is a fully licensed bar where you can sit and eat your meal, or simply have a wine whilst you wait for your takeaway. The owners are really friendly too. Top tip....order in the takeaway area as its cheaper than ordering once you are seated! $7-50 for Hoki and Chips!

621 Laurie Southwick ParadeOur favourite fish and chips on the coast. Tucked away in Gulf Harbour on the road to the ferry, this fish and chip shop is well worth a visit. It is full of locals who go there for something different. Within the fish and chip shop is a fully licensed bar where you can sit and eat your meal, or simply have a wine whilst you wait for your takeaway. The owners are really friendly too. Top tip....order in the takeaway area as its cheaper than ordering once you are seated! $7-50 for Hoki and Chips!

Great atmosphere, friendly bar staff, good pub food and specials on most nights of the week. Kids are very welcome and can eat free on Sundays. There’s a popular quiz on Wednesday’s..... we are usually there and you’re welcome to join us. If you go down, tell Tom the manager you are staying with us and he will look after you well.

Great for walks and views. Follow signs once you are there to various beaches and waterfalls located a few minutes walk from the car parks, or choose a longer walk from one side of the hill to another down to the beach. Theres also Glow Worms near the waterfall at night time......

There are 5 stingray who live down at the marina and the largest one is around 150 cms wide! Well worth going to see! And when you've had enough, head to Ripples cafe for fish and chips and/or ice cream! Just don't tell Mark cos its his favourite.
