This is the home to the "Dolphin Tales" dolphins, Winter & Hope. Not exactly like the aquariums you may have visited in the past. They exist to rescue marine animals (dolphins, sea turtles, river otters, etc.), rehabilitate them from sickness or injury, and release them back into their natural habitats. Highly Educational and very entertaining. My daughters love visiting whenever possible!

On the Osprey Trail you can get a rare look at a Florida virgin slash pine stand. Honeymoon Island is friendly to critters, offering a dog beach that is a half-mile hike off the main road. A ferry shuttles beachgoers to nearby Caladesi Island, recently voted America's Best Beach. Honeymoon Island – it isn't just for lovers.
