This whole area is packed with great places to dine. From the time Granny White Pike turns into 12st Ave South heading into down town Nashville you have numerous restaurants, bars, Jenni's icecream or Las Paletas popsicles to enjoy. Check out the I Believe In Nashville flag painted on one of the side streets here, it's a great photo op for tourists!

This whole area is packed with great places to dine. From the time Granny White Pike turns into 12st Ave South heading into down town Nashville you have numerous restaurants, bars, Jenni's icecream or Las Paletas popsicles to enjoy. Hillsboro/Belmont is one of the first neighborhoods where foodies fell in love with Nashville cuisine. From Pancake Pantry or Fido to PM or a group outing to Cabana you will love this area of town for it's unique shops, delicious menu offerings and walkability.
Drinks & Nightlife
Midtown is a great spot for locals and tourists alike. There are several bars right in a row where you can find everything from local brews to PBR. With a few restaurants like Chewys and SoulShine Pizza mixed in this neighborhood his a hotspot for nightlife and bar hopping. If you are looking for something really swanky try the prohibition era bar The Patterson House for a classy night out (although pricy!).

I recommend restaurants: Holland House, Rose Pepper, Marche, The Pharmacy, Local Taco, Jeni's Icecream, Wholly Cow (veg) and just over the way a bit into Germantown you can go a little more upscale at Rolf and Daughters or the Mad Platter. Park near 5 Points if you want to bar hop.
