This is a great spot for a weekday pint! On weekends they often have live music or DJs, but during the week it's a nice quiet spot for catching up with friends. Also right across the street from the laundromat.

This is my #1 neighbourhood nighttime attraction! Comedy shows every night of the week, always very affordable and extremely fun. I highly recommend The Crimson Wave (every Sunday @ 9:30pm), and pretty much any of their stand-up nights. Shows usually range in price from $5-15.
