A great bar and one of the only in town with dancing. Friendly bartender's - feels a bit like a roadhouse at times. A favorite for locals and marines stations at nearby Camp Pendleton military base.

Great yoga studio 1 block from my place - Hot yoga - you can sign up for a whole month for just $29. If you're staying a week or more it's worth it compared to $15 to 17$ per class!

Great pier for fishing or just walking out over the water. Good surfing spot to the right side of the pier. A 5 minute walk from my apt.
