This historical landmark is a quick drive down the street. The history is remarkable and the staff are very knowledgeable. This site is great for people of all ages. They have fee free tours in July and August.

The pier is gorgeous to walk down. There are plenty of picnic spots. It is also home to the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse that puts on plays seasonally. They have a variety of shows, including Broadway shows at select times.

The hiking here is awesome! We recommend taking water shoes so that you can get right in. There are plenty of spots to picnic as well.
