Tucson has great sky. I highly recommend doing the nighttime tour of Kitt Peak. Book online in advance, so you don't miss out. A truly spectacular experience.

Not a "museum" or a zoo. An amazing experience of everything about the Sonoran Desert. This is my number one recommendation to my guests and nobody has been dissapointed.
